Claudia Duguay 

Claudia Duguay is a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at the University of Ottawa. She holds a MPH in Epidemiology (2020) and a BSc in Biomedical Engineering (2018) from Drexel University. Claudia’s research interest involves the control and elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases using a one health approach which includes the investigation of social determinants, evaluating the geographic variance of vector-borne disease exposure, and access to Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH).

Tina has an MSc in Global Public Health & more than 10 years of experience in international development; having worked in project development for health and education projects primarily for countries in Africa, working with Plan Canada, IOM (International Organization for Migration), & Canadian Feed the Children, IDRF (International Development & Relief Fund), among others.
